- Job planning with optimization by format, die cut, Z number, colors, paints, inner packaging core and more.
- Automatic check of the delivery dates.
- Production alert for missing equipment (machinery, die cuts, raw materials, draft approval).
Warehouse charge and delivery of products
- The final product is loaded into the warehouse and the shipping office is noticed to proceed by preparing and issuing transport documents.
- Automatic filing of transport documents with customer’s order number, production lot number, reel packaging data, certification data (like FSC).
Final balance analysis
- Cost control and analysis with actual costs measured through data collection from machinery.
- Gerp's final balance analysis tool is very powerful and it’s able to associate technical characteristics of products with orders from customers, productions on a single machine or a specific sizes.
- All the data from various reports can be exported in CSV format and usable with Microsoft Excel and OpenOffice.

Our software house developes Gutenberg ERP using a Subversion version control, PhpUnit and Jenkins automatic tests for the updates on our trial server.
