Doming

Doming is a finishing technique in which a clear urethane or epoxy resin is applied to a printed surface to create a three-dimensional “lens” effect. Once poured, the resin self-levels and forms a smooth, glossy dome that enhances graphics, logos, and decorative elements.

Key features:

• 3D / raised effect: the resin creates a uniform relief that adds depth and visual impact.
• High gloss: the shiny finish enhances colors and gives a premium look.
• Additional protection: the coating increases resistance to scratches, moisture, and environmental factors.
• Soft-touch surface: the result is smooth and pleasant to the touch, improving perceived quality.

Typical applications:

• High-end adhesive labels (cosmetics, wine, perfumery, electronics).
• Resin-coated stickers and badges.
• Logos and decorative elements in the automotive industry.
• Luxury packaging.
