EPSMA standard
It is a standard developed in Europe by the adhesive raw materials manufacturing branch that standardised the system of identification and tracking of rolls. The barcodes available in EPSMA are: the ROLL ID, the EAN CODE, the ROLL VARIABLES, and the CUSTOMER ORDER NR.
The EPSMA standard, therefore, aims to facilitate:
- identification of goods by reading EPSMA codes;
- the storage of goods arriving in the warehouse;
- the calculation of reel consumption by means of automatic counters mounted on the machines.
